How can I check the status of my data recovery case online?



All in-lab (Priority Service) data recovery cases include free, secure online case tracking available 24x7 once we receive your media. This allows you to get the latest status information for your data recovery case instantly, round-the-clock.

Once you have received your Web Login and Password from Iomega (this will be sent to you once we receive your media/hardware for recovery), use the following steps to access Online Case Tracking:

  1. Once our labs have received the media/hardware you submit to us, your consultant will notify you (normally by e-mail or fax) that we are ready to proceed with the free evaluation of your data. Included with this notification, you'll be given a Case ID number, Web Login and a Password.

  2. After receiving your Web Login number and Password, you can login to the secure Online Case Tracking system by going to the Iomega Data Recovery Services homepage (http://europe.iomegadatarecovery.com/), clicking the Track Case Status button, and entering your Web Login and Password.

  3. Once logged in, you will be able to check the current status of your case and find out what's next in the recovery process.
