Free evaluation conducted once media is received
Once we receive your drives or disks in our lab, our highly-skilled data recovery experts conduct a free in-lab evaluation of your media to assess your data loss situation (including a review of the details you provide us on your Evaluation Request Form), typically within 24 hours.

Review the evaluation results & no-obligation quote
As soon as the evaluation is complete, our data recovery consultants will send you a no-nonsense, no-obligation quote, including the results of the free evaluation.

This quote will provide you with a summary of the condition of the data, the amount of work needed to recover the data, and an estimated timeframe for files to be recovered. The price quoted is a firm price, so you won't have to worry about additional charges later on, such as clean room fees or other hidden charges.

Files recovered & secured on stable media
Once you approve the quote generated after our evaluation, our data recovery techs will begin work immediately to repair damage to the device, recover the files, and secure any recovered data on a safe, stable storage location in preparation for return to you.

Review final results & secure payment
After the recovery is complete (typically two to five business days), you'll have a final chance to review the results of our in-lab data restoration efforts.

If you're satisfied with the results, payment will be secured and your Case Manager will start the wrap-up process with your case.

Files transferred to verified media
Your recovered files will then be transferred to the return media of your choice, and our data recovery consultants will verify that all of the recovered data is accessible and accounted for.

Restored files shipped back to you
Your restored data, now safely stored on verified media, will be packaged promptly and shipped back to you.
